															Strengthening engagement through member ownership
In a traditional consulting model, employees often feel detached from the results of their work, leading to disengagement and low long-term engagement. Our cooperative model of consulting changes this dynamic by offering team members a share of ownership in the company. This system ensures that everyone is directly involved in the success of the projects to which they contribute. By sharing profits and decision-making power, we foster a more motivated and engaged team, resulting in more innovative and better solutions for our customers. 
At SynergyWorks, we use Rebates that are tightly coupled to the economic bonds of the cooperative with its members. 
The allocation of rebates results from the calculation of a Member’s contributions and achievements within the cooperative.
From a cooperative perspective:
- Rebates are a way to distribute a portion of the cooperative’s surplus (profits) to its members based on their participation or contribution to the cooperative’s economic activities.
 - The decision to distribute rebates is made by the general assembly of members, which formally approves the distribution.
 
From a member perspective:
- Rebates are allocated based on contributions, irrelevant of share ownership.
