At SynergyWorks, we use Rebates that are tightly coupled to the economic bonds of the cooperative with its members
The allocation of rebates results from the calculation of a Member’s contributions and achievements within the cooperative.

From a cooperative perspective:

  • Rebates are a way to distribute a portion of the cooperative’s surplus (profits) to its members based on their participation or contribution to the cooperative’s economic activities.
  • The decision to distribute rebates is made by the general assembly of members, which formally approves the distribution.

From a member perspective:

  • Rebates are allocated based on contributions, irrelevant of share ownership.
